Crushed Garlic (in the jar) |

Maple Syrup |
| Blend together all the ingredients. For a thinner dressing, add more Mirin. For a slightly spicier flavor, add a dash or two of hot sauce. Serve on salads and steamed vegetables such as broccoli and kale. |
